Diversity and the Bar
All of our barristers are at the independent bar, which means they are each independent of one another albeit they work from the same chambers. We are a traditional barristers' set and are not a law firm.
Our Diversity Data is based on surveys of the barristers who work through Leamington Spa Chambers. Our Chambers is a collaboration between two sets of chambers and so we present data from both sets.
We are committed to recruiting barristers (and staff) who are representative of wider society. We do not discriminate on any protected ground in relation to our staff, barristers and service users.
