If we have done well, please let us know. Testimonials from clients are welcomed. With their consent, we publish the testimonials in anonymous form. Please email our clerks with any testimonials you are happy for us to publish.

If you are unhappy with the work we have done, you are welcome to bring this to our attention by way of informal feedback.

Alternatively, you can make a formal complaint. Formal complaints are usually determined within 8 weeks of us obtaining all of the relevant information. Where a complaint is not upheld, a client has a right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman. Time-limits apply.
